The Middlesex Masters Soccer League recently contracted New Concept Design to design and maintain our league website. The site provides information about our league including game results and schedules as well as a tool for team managers to report results, prepare game sheets, etc. The site was to be ready for our upcoming outdoor season, however a beta version was made available to us ahead of schedule for our indoor season. The few bugs that we found were fixed immediately, always within a day or two. The site is now fully operational and all team managers are successfully using the site. I am writing this letter to acknowledge my experience working with New Concept Design and specifically, Andrew Wilcznski. This company was managing the web site with ALCOA (now Active Aging Canada), prior to my hiring 5 years ago. I originally got Andrews name as a referral from a fellow Realtor.  That was over four years ago.  The first project that I worked on with Andrew was Stronghold Inc. and it was completed on time and on budget.  After the project was complete I required changes from time to time as my business evolved and all changes were done in a timely professional manner.  Roughly 2 years ago I found myself expanding in to two new businesses and I immediately called New Concept Designs.  I didn't price shop him or try to beat him up on price, because in my opinion when you find someone in business today that delivers what he/she promises you're 90 per cent there.  I have at least 2 more, quite intensive, sites that I will need developed in the next year or two and I'll be using Andrew.
